My first time experiencing shopping from Glamira Cumpărători verificați

I discovered Glamira at the end of the last year (now it is August 2024). The time I spent configuring rings over and over again was substantial. I kept changing what I liked based on the possibilities I was discovering through the Glamira configurator. It took me more than half a year to finally decide and have my very first order placed. It is not the ultimate ring I would have ordered, but I really wanted to have a right hand ring from Glamira, with precious stones. I never had any jewelry with precious stones before. (As I write this, I am still waiting for my ring to be shipped) I carefully configured my chosen ring with the metal and colour and the precious stones with their related qualities and placed the order to Glamira. I paid online with a credit card. All good, so far. After only a few days I have received an email from Glamira saying that the production of my ring is done and is almost ready to be expedited. Still good. I loved the fact that they sent me a video with my final ring product so that I could see it while I was waiting for it to arrive. The estimated delivery day arrived and things were still good, until I suddenly started to watch reviews (at start out of curiosity, then out of panic of an online scam). The more I was reading the reviews, the more intense the panic. Then I got to Glamira's Facebook. I was literally shocked to see so many negative reviews for all the posts that are still visible at this moment on Glamira's Facebook page. It is, at the moment of this writing, one week of delay for the delivery. But as the days were getting by and the delay started to increase, I did not just let time pass and maybe risk not having any possibility to get back the money I paid, in case of a scam. Glamira's estimated delivery date was August 16 2024. On August 24 I started to send them emails and contact them however it was possible. I chatted with their AI chat bot, which was pleasant at start, but then it got really annoying as it kept giving similar responses, with a polite tone but with no useful information for me. I was just waiting to get in touch with a real person from the customer service, but there was none at this point. I sent Glamira messages through the contact form on glamira.ro and also glamira.com. The next day, on August 20 2024, I received a reply to one of my contact forms that I submitted. That was such a relief. It was the only thing I wanted, a reply from a real person, so that I am closer to concluding that this is not an online scam business. Me and the person from Glamira's customer service exchanged a few really pleasant emails. Thank you, sweetheart, for your replies (I will not disclose their name here, I do not think it is fair to do so). In the reply I have been told that there is a delay because of the unique factor for each product that is different for each customer, they are sorry for the delay, they do their best to deliver as soon as possible with the best quality and as soon as the product will have the tracking number I will have it as well, sent by email. After this email I literally went down from panic 100% to -10%. Well, some panic was still there, but at least I got to talk with someone who felt real. Seeing all those negative reviews almost ruined my first shopping experience on Glamira. Please do your own homework before believing all the stories you see on the internet. As I was discussing the issue with my boyfriend, I also noticed some things. He told me that all the big companies have bad reviews. He also asked me if I saw positive reviews as well. I said yes, I did see many positive reviews. And, by answering his questions, I noticed a difference: the negative reviews were only some words of frustration. But, some of the positive reviews, alongside the nice words, also had images. The fact that a review says that their ring got broken and there is no picture to prove that, is also an important factor. Then my mind started working again and at this point my logic says that many, or some, of those negative reviews are maybe an active campaign from the competitors to slow down Glamira's sales and "maybe?" increase their sales? It is a possibility, you cannot trust easily when it comes to online statements... Now that I am writing, I can track the steps my package is making towards me. It is now in Romania and got scanned at several locations, as the package traveled to me with UPS. I can check the tracking details on a Glamira inner page, specifically built for the UPS tracking numbers and your order. I also created, before receiving my tracking number, in my panic times, an account on ups.com. Just to see if there is any package associated with my email address. It was not at that point and was not going to be. But I now have the tracking number and I was able to see the detailed progress of my package using the received tracking number. I hope that by this evening I will have received my ring, but I know now that it is just a matter of time. Overall, if my ring gets to me today, there is only a 1 week delay. Maybe the Glamira team can improve this estimation by increasing the time, but it is surely a more complex process and there are surely several scenarios that need to be covered in order to give a more accurate estimation. Except for a few minor bugs, maybe some UX aspects and the delivery accuracy improvements, I do not see huge problems at Glamira. I am waiting to see my ring and get to see the craftsmanship. I loved it already from the video they sent to me by email right after the production was done. I am really thankful to Glamira for such an amazing configurator and thoughtful steps to make towards better customer satisfaction. I am sure it is not easy to do so, while you also have to defend your business from the many negative reviews and trash thrown at them. For sure, as their work towards better customer service progresses, things will get better and better. A little more transparency in communication with the client will be a great deal. And maybe announce the client if there will be known delivery delays. This will surely make a great impact in the customer's experience with Glamira. I have recently received my package and the inside of the package and my ring are beautiful and delicate. My ring is amazing. No picture can capture the beauty of the emerald and the diamonds. It is truly a gorgeous piece of craftsmanship. Delicate yet not fragile. The ring feels so comfortable on my finger and, even though I thought the main stone will be too small, it actually feels as if it has the right measurements for my finger size. Thank you so much, Glamira, for this amazing ring. You really have good craftsmanship in there. Looking forward to seeing updates for the amazing configurator you have. I am very happy with my order. Cerceii au sosit cu 2 zile întârziere, destul de rezonabil, având în vedere că a fost perioada Paştelui. Sunt frumoși, însă partea spiralată este mai mică decât apare în poze, astfel că e puțin disproporționată în raport cu partea superioară unde se află încheietoarea. Iar încheietoarea este destul de nepractică, foarte greu de desfăcut şi de închis la loc. Per ansamblu cerceii sunt frumoși şi sunt un model deosebit, chiar nu am găsit nicăieri ceva aşa deosebit şi nici posibilitatea de a personaliza cu metalul şi pietrele dorite de mine.

We received our wedding bands a day sooner than expected. They look perfect, just like the ones in the presentation pictures on the website. I have been trying to find replacement wedding rings for the ones we've grown out of in the past 20 years... I found Glamira website, which is very user-friendly, and I configured the Alluring Star 4 mm set with diamonds. We couldn't be happier with our choice.

După ce inițial, l-am comandat gresit (cu dimensiune mai mare), am cerut modificarea lui, iar cei de la Glamira au răspuns promt la cerința mea și acum după aproape o luna, am primit inelul modificat gratuit, de care sunt f incantata. Eate ceea ce am dorit. Sunt mulțumită ca am ales cu safir alb. Va Multumesc ca m-ați ținut permanent in legătura cu starea inelului pe tot parcursul procesului de realizare. Inelul arată exact ca în fotografiile de prezentare, am primit și o casetă iluminată cu led pentru a-l pune în valoare. Inscripția pe care am ales-o este foarte discretă și poziționată pe interior, nu lateral cum se poate vedea pe site când compui textul. Livrarea a fost conformă și la data comunicată la momentul comenzii. Sunt foarte mulțumit de alegerea făcută, sper ca și soția să se bucure de el, deocamdată încă nu a sosit momentul să-l primească.

Totul este la superlativ cu Glamira, de la a la z, experienta a fost total profi! Exact cu scrie pe site pana cel mai mic detaliu, am comandat de la ei deși am fost sceptic din cauza unor păreri negative din online, dar doar la ei am găsit modelul de inel care voiam pentru viitoarea mea logodnica asa ca m am riscat! Și bine am făcut, ca am fost surprins plăcut de fiecare data! Bijuteria este incredibila, a ajuns cu 2 zile mai devreme decât au promis.... 8 zile total de la plasare comanda pana când am avut bijuteria în mana! Recomand cu toată încrederea! Sunt cei mai tari de pe piața!

Sunt foarte fericita ca am ales sa comand de la Glamira, este un site serios, produsele sunt de calitate si ai optiunea prin care sa-ti faci design-ul de vis al inelului tau. Cat despre transport, am fost uimita ca au venit atat de repede. am dat comanda pe data de 26.12. 2020, in perioada in care nu se lucra, iar din cauza covidului comanda mea era estimata cu livrarea pe data de 15 ianuarie. Inelele au ajuns pe data de 5 ianuarie, iar cei de la Glamira mi-au dat in acest timp email-uri prin care-mi confirmau ca este aproape gata de livrare. Mult respect celor care se ocupa de organizarea site-ului si toate cele. Cu drag o sa mai comand de aici.

We were very impressed by this site where you can customize any jewelry you like.You can buy a specific model with 400 euros with semiprecious stones , but you can buy the same product with 6000-7000 euros with brilliant stones for example , which is fantastic.The customize of a piece of jewelry remains the most important thing in this amazing site among other qualities.The prices are good compared to those in Malls where you can find jewelry in stock ,which is not very good. Glamira is a big company and a site people like very much.

Nu am cuvinte de multumire. Am comandat setul de verighete Infinity Appeal (cu ocazia aniversarii a 25 de ani de la casatorie). Verighetele sunt superbe,finisate bine,destul de groase si vin impreuna cu saculet pentru fiecare verigheta;o cutie de bijuterii,care atunci cand o deschizi are lumina in interior,plus certificat si card de garantie. Livrarea nu mai spun,au zis ca va fi livrata pe 24.02.2020 si asa a fost,am primit coletul exact atunci. Pentru mine a fost un cadou de Dragobete. Multumeeeeeeesc Glamiraaaaaaa!
